Eligibility requirements for an EU Blue Card

• A German academic degree, a foreign academic degree recognized in Germany, or a comparable higher education qualification,
• An employment contract or a binding job offer in Germany, and
• A specific minimum annual salary of at least at least 58,400€ before taxes.

 

For Indians, there are two ways to get a Germany EU Blue Card

• Apply for a work permit at the German Embassy in your home country; or
• Apply for a Germany job seeker visa that allows you to look for a job in Germany for six months. Once you have a valid job offer, you can apply for a residence permit to start working in Germany.
